I think I just tanned myself again... It's so hot out there!! And NOBODY stop for me to let me cross the road .. feel so sad !! HAHA.. need some power of beauty“美人计” !! LOL ..I have to admit I am an idiot who don't know how to cross road at this age .I probably stood there for 5 mins at the same spot. SIGH!!
Anyway, I went to gym to work out today:) I am totally satisfied!! I did some cardio and muscle toning exercises.. Muscle gonna ache tomorrow for sure !! I can feel a little now :) stamina still good so far but strength...need to find back my strength...
S0...what shall i do for tomorrow ?? strength yoga ??
